PAYMENT METHODS Event Marketplace accepts several methods of payment including: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We do request that you personally sign a credit card authorization and provide copies of your credit card and driver's license to approve the total sales amount. In special cases you may pay with a check, money order, or wire transfer, but the funds must be completely cleared before tickets are delivered. Unfortunately, we do not accept CODs.
MANAGERIAL APPROVAL Due to changing availability not within our control all orders are subject to managerial approval. Event Marketplace reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for event tickets quoted at the incorrect price, even if your order has previoiusly been confirmed and your credit/debit card has been charged. In the event of this cancellation, your credit card will be refunded 100% of the original payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges once your order has been guaranteed, unless an event has been cancelled.
PRICING Prices are set by market conditions, not unlike the stock market, and are subject to change at anytime. Once your order is guaranteed, then the price will not change unless you decide to increase the quality or quantity of your seats.
DELIVERY OF TICKETS Due to the nature of the ticket business we do reserve the right to deliver tickets for any order as late as the day of the event. Earlier delivery date guarantees will incur extra charges. Day of event delivery may be made by, but not limited to, will-call at the venue box office, courier to your hotel if time allows, or courier of the tickets to you personally at a location to be determined outside the venue. If you have not received your tickets two days before the date of the event please call our office at 1-866-448-4253 from 9:30am to 5:30pm EST, Monday to Friday to receive delivery instructions. You will need picture ID to receive your tickets if delivery is made the day of the event.
TICKET GROUPING The prices on our web site for some events or some locations for an event indicate pricing for single and pairs of tickets only. Please call if you wish to make sure that we can guarantee more than two tickets together at the same price. For many events two or more tickets together will be more expensive. Please call 1-866-448-4253 from 9:30am to 5:30pm EST.
SEATING LOCATIONS If for any reason we cannot fill your order for the seating category you ordered we reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade your order to another seating category. You will be contacted if we have to downgrade your order and you have the option to cancel your order and you will be refunded any money paid to us. If you decide that you will accept a downgrade you will only pay our cost for the tickets.
*Note - our cost does not mean face value as we usually pay well over face value to acquire tickets.
CANCELLED or POSTPONED EVENTS Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue. If an event is postponed, then your tickets will be valid for the re-scheduled date (new tickets will not be re-issued). If an event completely cancels, then an in store credit for the full purchase price will be issued minus any delivery fees. No cash refunds are given. If part of any event cancels, then no credits are issued. Furthermore, Event Marketplace is not liable for refunds under the following circumstances that are beyond our control: event postponement, rescheduling or time changes, weather, construction, strikes or any other abnormal conditions or developments. Event Marketplace is not responsible for misplaced, lost or stolen tickets. We are NOT responsible for any costs you incur to attend an event that is cancelled or postponed including, but not limited to, travel, hotels, car rentals, gas, food and the fees of babysitters.
NON-DELIVERY OF TICKETS If for any reason we cannot fill your ticket order that has been guaranteed (excluding orders taken on a "Try and Get" basis) you will be refunded 100% of any money you have paid. We will not be responsible for any expenses you incur to attend the event including but not limited to, travel, hotels, car rentals, gas, food and the fees of babysitters.
